So true Ed, everybody has the same shot to succeed. If they quit have 100% accountability (even when it’s not fair). Sponsoring more people is great but we need to take responsibility. Not just hope they “get it”. As you say, “What would you do if you knew you could not fail?” I love this quote. Skills breeds confidence which leads to activity which leads to momentum and then ££££.
