I like to listen and follow what you say and coach but I wish you were available more in Australia. Easy to sign people but very hard to get drivers of the business and I think how you see the business is the right direction for people to follow.

thank you for the survey… But don’t CHANGE!!!! Coaching is the key to succes in this business, it is just that I don’t really get the specifics yet… I need to be coached (and I can hopefully speak for others too) into becoming a good coach…

I think you are definitely giving us the coaching and direction we have been missing. I am gaining competence and confidence from the Rising Star Programs and I can already see the difference. I just answered the survey with my prior experience more than what I envision. I have competence results but not performance results yet.
