The reason that 90% of all interactions in this industry between upline and downline are a total waste of time is because there is no on-going commitment on behalf of the downline.
They can do what they want, when they want and (often) how they want – without any consequences! (i.e. the Upline will continue to work with them NO MATTER what they do or say!).
No consequences = No standards.
No standards= Low performance = High failure! (ouch!)
Your Action: You must have a list of actions that are not negotiable.
They take action, or you stop working with them (be professional).
Top Leaders are great at this. They’ve learnt through experience that to act in any other way just isn’t smart. Unfortunately they don’t always let their teams in on this (but it’s time they did!).
