Anyway back to this story… some claim that this is the Year of Money.
The reason is that this year we will experience four unusual dates that are very fortuitous for money.

Ones obviously means cash!
And thats not all…
Take the last two digits of the year you were born – now add this to the age you will be this year.
The results will be 111 for everyone in the world.
Its the year of money!!

The reason that 90% of all interactions in this industry between upline and downline are a total waste of time is because there is no on-going commitment on behalf of the downline.
They can do what they want, when they want and (often) how they want – without any consequences! (i.e. the Upline will continue to work with them NO MATTER what they do or say!).
No consequences = No standards.
No standards= Low performance = High failure! (ouch!)
Your Action: You must have a list of actions that are not negotiable.
They take action, or you stop working with them (be professional).
Top Leaders are great at this. They’ve learnt through experience that to act in any other way just isn’t smart. Unfortunately they don’t always let their teams in on this (but it’s time they did!).
Case In Point…

Then the person doesn’t join, they start to struggle, and the Upline keeps listening to them. How silly is that?!

Don’t be afraid to set standards, because its without standards that Networks collapse into low performance and high failure rates.
This is a business where credibility builds confidence, but what gives credibility to our industry?
The US president, Bill Clinton saying ‘direct sales is great’ as a source of credibility is somewhat skeptical (was he just looking for votes?), and Robert Kiyosaki saying ‘Network Marketing rocks’ is also somewhat skeptical because he sells so many books and courses in our industry.
Here is a new (great) source of credibility: Mad Money Jim Cramer is a Wall Street TV commentator. He has major credibility and influence. He has just given direct sales the best thumbs up for our industry in YEARS:
If you are looking for TRUE credibility that Network Marketing has a future as a business, then it always comes back to these three areas:
1. Major companies investing – because this means there is money to be made!
2. Corporate results reported to stock markets – because they aren’t false
3. Credible financial reporters – because companies know that lying to them is dangerous, and they do their research!
I believe that everyone has greatness inside of them, and this is why I love shows like ‘X Factor’ and ‘XXX Got Talent,’ because they are shows that give anyone a chance to show their greatness.
To believe in 100% Success you have to believe (and I mean BELIEVE) that everyone has greatness inside of them. Forget everything else. They have greatness, and they can do it! This is different the approach of many Networkers, who believe that “only a few will succeed.” However, I believe that “everyone can succeed, and many will IF they are coached correctly.” This creates a new focus within your Network Marketing business. The focus is on coaching your people to Success, rather than sponsoring!
